Submittal Status in Submittal Packages

Add a method for batch editing the status of submittal items within the submittal package. Two options are below:

  1. Add a toggle below the submittal package status drop down to have submittal items' statuses match that of the package that they are in. Off by default when creating a new package, but once turned on, it should be persistent.

  2. Alternatively, each time a submittal package status is changed and the save button is pressed, have a pop-up appear that asks if the user would like the submittal items to be changed to match the status of the submittal package.
