Simplify the Download of Records + attachments for Architects and sub that need them

Requesting a easy method for subs and architects to download RFIs and attachments easily. The clients states competing applications make this very easy. Client Quote, "Your process is too cumbersome currently for us to get the RFI and the Drawings. It takes forever to download multiple attachments and the RFI itself."
