Display a total revenue amount at the top of the PCO module.

We need to display a total revenue amount at the top of the PCO module. Currently, there are totals for both estimates and commitments. With the addition of the revenue field, it is important to include this total at the top as well. There are certain stakeholders in the project who may only need to view the revenue field, and currently, no total is displayed on the screen.
