App Xchange Integration Company-Wide Status Dashboard

We need a dashboard accessible from within ProjectSight that provides a simple list of any failed record integrations. This should be a centralized list, across all projects.

Data Columns:

  • Project Name & Number

  • Record Type

  • Failure message

  • Date & Time Failed

  • ProjectSight Record Link

  • App Xchange Cache Explorer Link

  • Troubleshooting Instructions for specific issue

Filters:

  • Project

  • Record Type

  • Failure Type


App Xchange itself has (limited) insight into failures, with no link to the record at issue. Ideally, both sides link to each other (for admin access only), but since we need to get into ProjectSight to address the issue, we should have this in ProjectSight.

    This would be great to see as a Widget in the Trimble Work Center as well.
