Add the ability to choose multiple trades for a company and contact.

Several of our sub-contractors do more then one trade of work so to be clear on exactly what work they are doing on the project we would need to be able to assign them to more then one trade. Along with this why is the Trade field in companies not a drop down from the trade lookup list?
