Drawings Bookmarks

I would like to be able to create bookmarks in drawings. Be able to click a Bookmark button then click and drag an area for the bookmark to snap to. Then have a bookmark pane, maybe cycle between the drawings column on the left and bookmarks, that we can then navigate drawings via bookmarks.
