Use Keyboard Arrow Keys to Advance Submittal Preview Panel

When navigating around the submittals log, sometimes it would be easier to get a quick look at sequential submittals if I could use my keyboard arrow keys to go up and down and have the preview panel on the right change to the next one as I go. At the moment the only way to change the preview panel is to click on one of the submittals in the main list. The keyboard arrows will move the highlight bar up/down, but the preview panel doesn't change.
