Pop-up boxes in the way

When added elements to a drawing, especially when zoomed in, the pop-up/properties boxes are getting in the way. The text style box at least is movable but always initially pops up in the way. The first box with style/delete/public button/link is not movable and constantly gets in the way. If I try to resize a box, it won't let me drag through it.
