When you are sorting submittals or other features, there is a column on the right that allows you to filter what you are seeing. Sometimes, I want to sort by all types of submittal, except for one. Or I want to sort by all subcontractors, except for one. A select all button near the clear button would allow users to quickly select all and then filter out the one or two they don't want to see in that selection.
