Add Auto-Association of Selected Location to Attached Photos in Labor Entry

Currently, when creating a Labor Entry and selecting a Location, any photos attached during the creation process are not automatically associated with the selected Location. This prevents users from easily searching or filtering photos by Location later.

Proposed Enhancement:
When a user selects a Location while creating a Labor Entry, the Location should automatically be applied to any attached photos. This would allow the attached photos to be properly tagged and searchable by Location across the platform, improving field documentation accuracy and overall usability.

Business Impact:

  • Increases searchability and organization of project photos.

  • Saves users significant time by reducing the need to manually edit and add Location tags to photos later.

  • Improves reporting and documentation quality for fieldwork and labor tracking.
