Sort Projects by certain Project Team members

Need to be able to sort projects by certain project members - either PM/Super/PE names. Also need to be able to change who "Owns" the project. Having only the ability to sort by "Owned by Me" and "Owned by Others" doesn't allow for transfer of Ownership if team responsibilities change.
