Improved File Renaming in File Library

  1. "Enter" Key to Save File Renaming

    1. Currently, while renaming a file, one must click "Save" at the bottom to save the new file name.

    2. Typical muscle memory is to hit "Enter" to save the name.

    3. This happens often as I usually rename files after uploading them versus renaming them in Windows first.

    4. The file uploads box remains on the screen until intentionally closed out and directly over the Save button. I do not make it a point to close the files uploaded box when files are done uploading.

  2. Quicker File Renaming

    1. Currently, one must click the checkbox of a file then the pencil icon to edit a file name.

    2. A quicker Windows style file renaming would be nice.

    3. Using arrow keys to select files and F2 to shortcut rename.

    4. Maybe this should just be a better company process for document control, but if we are to live in ProjectSight file renaming should be smoother and quicker.
