Granular Permissions Public/Private Record permissions

There's a deficiency in ProjectSight on record security. You either have access to a tool or not, which is fine, but you don't have record level security such as a Public/Private record for RFI and Submittals for example. We are running into an issue with a client who wants to be able to see ALL RFI and Submittals in ProjectSight but don't want to be CC'd on them. There's no way to achieve this. We either have to turn on record visibility for ALL Companies to do so. This is a gap in security permissions. Please address asap!
