Daily Report Default Courtesy Copy

We require all daily logs to be emailed to an email account for tracking. Setting an account to make sure they are copied every time.

    this isn't the best solution, but what I've done as a workaround is to add the tracking email account to the workflow role that I have setup as the default assignees for Daily Reports. then, when the status is changed to my designated notification status, it is sent to that email.
