RFI tags placement associated with clouds on drawings - ability to move

There really needs to be an ability to adjust the RFI tag that gets added with the could on the drawing. When there are multiple RFI's in the same area there is overlap and it is difficult to view. The ability to toggle them to different corners would be helpful.
