Drawing viewer Index needs a default setting On/Off.

We implemented a great new feature with the idea PSW-I-2730 in our 2024.14 release. Clients have called in about how to turn this off as it defaults "ON" every time they open a drawing for viewing. This index takes up a lot of the viewing area on the left. It was documented how to toggle this on/off in the release notes June 4th. The clicking of the drawing name is not intuitive for users. A button would have been a bit more clear and may have triggered less calls to support. Also most importantly, it would be nice to have a default setting for this feature. Having a default to "Off", so the client is not required to click it off every time they open a drawing. Thus a client could click a button or the current Drawing name to toggle it "On" when needed.
