Use TrimbleConnect as a file server for Photo module

We are using TrimbleConnect as the file server for our Projectsight data.

Photos associated with other records (RFI, Punch items etc) are uploaded into Connect. Photos added in the photo module are not uploaded and are only visible in Projectsight.
