Project Export Should Put all files into one subfolders

Currently if you export say Submittals, it places the attachments from the first submittal into its own folder and then exports the report for the first submittal as a pdf in the root folder.

In Viewpoint Team on the Project Export, each Submittal is in its own pdf and includes all the attachments and reports combined into the single pdf file. Much cleaner.
