Drawings - Private Annotations with Attachments
On the Drawings, when an individual makes a private annotation and attaches a file that file appears for "all users" in the linked files. If an annotation is noted as private, other users should not be able to see the annotation OR any attachment for several reasons:
If a trade posts a private annotation with attachment, we do not want these attachments showing for others on 'our' record set of drawings. They should only be visible to the individual.
If we post a private annotation with attachment, we do not want these attachments showing for others because they may contain confidential information.
Turning off the linking option isn't an option in this situation because the linking option doesn't turn off based on module and the users still need the ability to link records to submittals and RFIs (This will also be submitted as a separate idea).
