Add PCO Items drilldown button to security roles so it can be hidden

On CORs and PCCOs we hide ALL of the PCO details and amounts since we do not want the owner to see the budget costs. We have a custom field for Revenue and print that on the report so showing them the cost shows our profits. We don't allow the Owners to access the PCO form either as it shows them all the costs.

On the COR and PCCO there is a drilldown area that all our owners keep trying to open and they get a bunch of errors as it's trying to open the PCO which they don't have access to. Best fix would be to hide the PCO section completely (instead of each individual field) or enable the PCO drilldown from being disabled by role.
