Ball In Court Indication

There is no “Ball in court” indication, so Architects must open every single email, every time to make sure he doesn’t have anything due. Or alternatively, every time he gets an email from ProjectSight, he has to login and check the status of what he got copied on. Absolutely reasonable if he was on our staff, but an Architect can have multiple projects that are using other software beyond ProjectSight. It’s unreasonable to expect they’ll have ProjectSight open all day to check in periodically in case they get a notification.

This is covered by the workflow status and responsible company field.
Trimble has added new BiC workflows:

This is a need for all on our Project Teams to best see where responsibilities are, and to ensure this can be reported accurately.

This is an issue for subcontractors as well. I get an email, but that can be easily overlooked. Why isn't there ball-in-court tab or something to see what action items and other workflow tasks are in each person's court?
