Need to Batch Edit Sharing
We might not want to show all RFIs amd Submittals to project users when they arw open and the workflow statuses only work with edit ability not if they can view the record
In Viewpoint Team we have the option to toggle private or public in batch mode so we can ahow all Closed RFIs to all but open to only assigned.
If we show all to all project users, a person not assigned can comment on one they aren't assigned. They can also change the status for one not assigned if in the same rules as a used assigned to the record as the assignee needs to comment.
When importing history there is also no wayto import assignees so that won't work either.
