Key Word Search - Include Comments

The keyword search is great, but can it include annotations/comments?


Attached example - Comment shows to 'Add (4) 4" Sleeves'. If I were to do a keyword search for 'Sleeve' I would want that comment to show on the results in addition to those on the actual drawing itself.
