Checklist Template choices, in Security Role Settings

When you dive into the portfolio security role settings, you can easily decide if a security role has access to checklists and what they should be able to do with those checklists. However, there is not an ability to select which checklists a security role should have access to. Its all or nothing. If checklist templates were added at a portfolio level, we could limit which of the available templates a security role could see. This would helpful if we wanted to open up checklists to all employees for things like daily CDC health screens, during pandemics.
