Ability to delete an attachment is often desired by users under the comments.
Clients repeatedly contact support to report a bug on how the deleting an attachment from a comment does not work. First the concept that a comment is only a real comment when it contains text is not well understood by users. When you click the ellipsis you have the option of remove and edit. Clients often just hit remove and this only removes the text and leaves the attachment. This is not what the user expects. I realize they need to hit edit to remove the attachment, but after you already remove the text they can only remove the attachment in the link panel. Again this is confusing users and causing them multiple clicks and misunderstanding with our product. Here are a couple of cases in just one day from clients (03664729, 03664608).
