PCO Status is limited to Open, Pending, Approved or Rejected.
Open indicates that some action is required
Pending indicates someone needs to make a decision.
Approved/Rejected both indicate a decision has been made.
As it is not uncommon for an issue or question to arise and nothing comes of it, there should be an additional status condition such as Void which would indicates that no decision was made but no action is required.
