Private Annotations Need to be Visible to all Users from the Project Company
If we set the annotations for our Punch to Private, it should be similar to all the other modules where the users within the record can view as well as the users from the Project Company. When they are set to public, everyone can see the punch tabs, but we want the permissions to be like RFIs and Submittals.
If it's set to "Entire Project" then all punch items are created as Public.
If it's set to "Share with Companies Participating in the record" then only the companies from the author and the Assigned, CC'd can see the annotations. This would be a private annotation and would allow anyone from our company to see them.
We can't have private annotations be invisible to our project team users. What happens when they're on vacation, if they quit? WE can't make users Portfolio Admins either as that gives them access to all projects.
