We would like the ability to add a group of users to a project/project template instead of just adding users individually.

We have a group of users that need to be able to access any project as a PM and backup the actual PM on the project in his/her absence. This group does not have Portfolio access. We would like to add this group to project teams. We also need to be able to maintain the group.
