Have checklist item show based on answer from previous field

There are situations where a yes answer to a specific question would yield one or more additional questions for further clarification. Rather than have the secondary questions always visible and making the checklist more extensive they would be hidden and only appear based upon the answer to a previous question. I've seen this type if capability in at least one other vendors custom checklist generator. The more simplified the form on the mobile the easier it is for the field personnel to utilize.

    This would be a great addition! It could have a multi-use affect. We could collapse headers for entire sections of questions that don't apply.
