Share settings do not allow a company to restrict records from the main project company.

This item was originally submitted as a defect with PS-46323. The problem is regarding how the share settings work under Project Settings>Record Settings> Any form>General>Share settings>Project Company Checkbox. If a client unchecks this setting, they would expect that the contacts of the main project company would not see all of the records. Well if someone from that main company creates a record. The creator if part of the main company, is then participating. Now per the share settings all of the main company contacts would again have access to this new record. Even if no one is yet assigned or CC'd on the record. This makes it pretty difficult for a client to keep a record such as a Meeting Minute hidden from the other contact employees of the main project company. Clients need a way to do this without having to setup other contacts under other companies as a workaround.
