Procore offers its customers either direct VPN access or if not possible due to multi-tenant restrictions, a data extract service. This allows all the data within their PM solution to be extracted and dumped into a SQL database.
For Vista customers we have had access to our SQL database for year so we can create very customized reports, views, etc. By having this option, we would be able to create cross application reports without having to know APIs development and use the skills already available to us. There are many XSDs that are not available so this would give us the freedom to create any report we need in any reporting software we want (SSRS, Crystal, Power BI).
