Add Custom "Types" for safety notices.

We need to add more custom field attributes to the "Type" field under safety notices. Currently ProjectSight does not support this, which renders the incident reports inaccurate if you do not have an incident that falls within the supported types.


For example: Water Leaks is not supported.
