Ability ot change date and time on both questions and answers for RFI and Submittals

Need to reflect data for historical accuracy, have accurate turn arounds for litigation and court proceedings for project. Be able to prove failure of engineer to provide answers in a timely manner. This needs to be addressed as soon as possible.
