OwnerContract Integration - Flow from PS to Spectrum

I know the Owner contract integration is planned. It appears to be flowing from Spectrum to PS. It would be much better to flow from PS to Spectrum.


PS is much more user-friendly.

This information flows from the project manager to accounting. The PM will have to send the information to accounting so it can be entered into Spectrum to flow back to PS.


The workflow is much more efficient from PS to Spectrum.
