Ability to copy template files in file library via Create from Project Template Settings

We have many template files that we want to be sure our PM's use when starting up a new project like a communication plan, a risk register, a quality management plan, etc. These template files are loaded in the file library of template projects and it would be nice for them to copy to the new project when it is created.
