Marry Existing Portfolio Settings

ProjectSight gives the ability to duplicate a portfolio from a template to copy settings but does not give the user to mass edit settings within a portfolio that is currently underway. This would be useful for larger projects that have a dynamic lifecycle.

An additional workaround would be adding the ability to mass export settings to excel like other areas in the system and upload them back into the system altering the existing settings.
