Need for more hierarchie levels in the security roles

The current security roles have two types of security groups: the Portfolio admin group and the Standard security group. In our enterprise, all Portfolios are managed by the enterprise admin. This person has the security role: Portfolio admin group. Within the separate portfolios there are security roles for a company admin (more rights on portfolio level) and a project admin (rights on project level). In the current set up, a project admin can add a company admin role to a user that is not a company admin. This is because the Security group types are the same for those roles. Therefor we need more hierarchie levels (security groups) in the portfolios.
