Waterfalling Signatures

Allow a Waterfalling Signature option as a checklist option as a check list line.

This would allow us to make checklists that have a single signature check list line that can automatically create an additional signature field while filling out the checklist. That way we don't have to guess how many spots to allocate and instead as our employee count varies on a single site, the amount of signature locations can be changed on the fly instead of requiring a new checklist template.
