Distribution of RFI's and Submittals

We would like to be able to distribute RFI's and Submittals with an email out of Project Sight. The email would be composed in an email section of the individual RFI and or Submittal and allow custom text and attachments to be included. The associated RFI and or Submittal would also be included as an attachment to the email. This would allow tracking of the distribution of each document and a reference at a later date as needed. This could also be done multiple times for the same document so different messages can be sent to different individuals. It would also be beneficial to be able to send these to people who are not part of Project Sight as well.
