Add Print Name Title Line to Report "Contract [Detailed Scope of Work with Signature Block]

The Idea PSW-I-2001 - Discusses a Contract Reports with Signature Line. However the report that was added and we use has a signature line. Our issue is that the report can come back and we do not know who signs it and their title. Since we are as always waiting on a word processor ability we cannot make our our contract report in a word processor (like Prolog Manager) so we use the standard report. It would be helpful if this report was updated since we list in the Contract Info tab the Signed By & Title boxes as well as the Detail Tab Executed Date.
