New Budget View does not allow easy tabbing through a column as before.

Before the client could click into one cell, enter that item, hit enter, and that would move to the next budget code/row. Now the Enter has changed and no longer moves you to the next row. Also the Tab just moves right and left between the columns.

Client needs a smoother way to go between rows to enter data in the View itself.
