Add the "Save & Add New" Button as an option when you use the Copy function for a budget code

In the budget, when you are adding a new budget code you have the button at the top to add where you need to enter all of the back end detail. or you can use the copy function which will generate the box for you to be able to make whatever modifications you need but that box only has the option to save instead of save and add new so if i am adding multiple budget codes but wanted to copy and existing one as my starting point, i cannot.
