Contacts Can Comment on Records

Currently you can assign or CC a basic Contact who is not a User. That Contact will receive an email notification. It would be nice if that basic Contact could respond to the email notification and have it populate back into PS as a comment even as a non-user.


The reason for not adding that contact as a full user is users can see all comments on a record.
