Unlock Daily Reports

Please grant the ability to allow a single security role to unlock Daily Reports. Currently, you can either have the ability to unlock all records or no records. It would be helpful to grant granular permissions by module to unlock a record. For example, a superintendent role needs unlock ability on Daily Reports but not Change Order requests.
