Financial Information Viewable by Company

For a company that is allowing CMs to operate as GCs on their jobs they would like them to have the ability to process invoices and access to company specific BCM information currently permissions are set edit/view all.

Being able to apply a filter within security settings for a certain user to only see company specific financials would satisfy this request.
