Create a Checklist template through the ProjectSight API

Quality controllers we work with prescribe checklists in their own checking tool. We want to perform our QA/QC rounds with ProjectSight, so we want to sync these checklists to ProjectSight. But there is no API endpoint for this. Please consider providing a API endpoint for checklist templates.
