Combine Project Team and Project Users into Same Form

It's much easier and intuitive to get to the Project Team area but you can only add Contacts and not Users, which gets confusing. It would be helpful if we can click on + here then choose if the new user is a contact user only or a project user versus having to go to another area in the project settings to add a new user.

It would also be helpful to edit their project security role here etc.
