Default View Shows All Records Instead of Default Filters

When opening any view (will become biggest issue in Checklists and Invoices) all the statuses and filters are toggled off, yet the Default View lists all items. When you are working with record counts in the thousands, this is going to start causing performance issues.

The Default View should match the Default Filters so you are shown what you want vs showing everything first then filtering down. Or you could also have a "Show All" toggle.
