Need a Workflow for Ball-In-Court on Assigned Contacts on Records

When assigning more than one responsible person to a record, we need a workflow that would notify the first responsible person then when they check complete by their name, the next responsible person would be notified that the ball is now in their court.

    Add workflow statuses for different BIC steps. Have the responsible person update the status to the next workflow step when complete.
