Add invitation to bid feature, break it out by division/type of construction.

The need to request for proposals exclusively separate from estimation similar to what was available in prolog. This tool for contractors is effective to monitor proposals through stages of a job specifically in preconstruction.

      Bid invitations on project sight would be very helpful for us in the preconstruction phase. The ability to have these invitations all in one spot where they can be easily managed, show the status of each invite, and allow for collaboration between us and the contractor would improve efficiency of this process.

      I have many customers who need the Purchase Module from Prolog to make its way into ProjectSight. This is a major gap with no options for our customers as Prolog sunsets in a few months.
